Design a Flyer

I have a lot of WHOLESALE Graphic Design work - I am a freelancer and need an artist that is willing to do work at wholesale pricing (I have to resell your work to someone else - so I can't pay RETAIL). I need someone that is both CREATIVE and who has excellent TECHNICAL SKILLS to layout jobs for offset printing and maybe even work with my printer. Also, artist MUST speak English EXTREMELY FLUENTLY OR as a NATIVE SPEAKER. MUST USE Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. All multi-page jobs need to be submitted as individual files - the way they print. So if it's a multipage brochure - I need the spreads submitted to me THE WAY THEY WILL PRINT (as spreads). Would really help if you can do photo retouching. IF you can do all that - I can feed you work on an ongoing basis. (and if you can work with WordPress I can keep you busy all day every day). CURRENT JOB was a total of 4, two-sided flyers (4/4 full bleed), 1st flyer LAYOUT IS ALREADY DONE so we'd use that "design" to recreate three new layouts using 3 new backgrounds and 3 new sets of text. I NEED THESE THREE FLYERS TO BE DONE RIGHT AWAY! START ON IT TODAY! (Ps that attached PDF is the later version of that CARGO Flyer (that has the little US Flag on the back but I wouldn't mind if you found a better way to put it on there because MOVING that big "planogram" (as they call it) over to the left was ridiculous (and we only went with that because we ran out of time). I will send you the logos for the bottom of the page. You will need that picture of the little metal try to put on the top - on the back - in the blue area (in place of the photos of straps that are on the Cargo Flyer). also, i put the logos to go at the bottom of the front side. (maybe have to get you better image for "west marine" - will look.
