Design a Website Home Page + 1 Sub Page

Hello freelancer! This is a project for a website mock-up for a community organization that will be built on Wordpress and needs to be fully responsive design. It will have a membership directory and an events calendar. The organization has a logo, and you'll be able to pull some colours out of there. The home page needs a nice slider for "advertorial" photos, a section for blog post excerpts/news, and a listing of events. The membership directory / member's profiles should look modern, elegant, and compelling. If you bid on this project, I'll review your portfolio (please provide links or assume that I'm looking at your freelancer.com portfolio), after which a detailed project brief will be made available to you for further review. It has example websites in it and very clear instructions for the things that need to show on the home page, and the sub page. There is also an "old" site to look at. The deliverables for this project are: 1. A .PSD mock-up/design part for the Home Page; and 2. A .PSD mock-up/design of one Sub Page, namely a profile of one member that would show as part of a membership directory page. If we end up working together, and you have the skills to take this from .PSD > to HTML, or possibly even further into Wordpress, those steps could be awarded to you, too, and will have their own additional payments associated with them. But right now, I just need the 2 pages design mock-ups. Keep in mind this site will eventually be fully responsive. Note that I do not like out-of-the-box templates. While I understand you may use a template to start with and save yourself some time, your design needs to end up being 100% unique and custom.
