Design a Website Mockup

Hello Everyone, I would like to thank all the bidders for showing interest into this micro project. Project is straight and simple. I have a project under development which is almost done. I now need a designer and a good one, who can create a stylesheet for me. The current design is in bootstrap and I would like to keep it. The reason being, most of the plugins are bootstrap ready and therefore require very less touching while applying them. I will provide one page html to you on which you have to work upon. If we think our frequencies match then you will have further work from this website. Therefore, the task would be : 1. Design a mockup. 2. Develop a stylesheet and integrate into the template. I have a reference website which is [login to view URL] and I like its theme. I would like the style sheet to follow the same theme style (color code and fonts etc.). I have three colors in mind. #5bbc2e, #f4645f, #009cde. Also, remember to have at least two style(css) files. One would have all the info about the element styles like width , height position etc and the other would have info related to color, font etc. The latter file would be required so that I can change the bgcolor, font color from one file and it shall reflect in the overall theme you created. Though I have the HTML template ready but I would like to give you the liberty to advise on the HTML structure if you think you can do something better than its already done. Thanks
