Design a Wordpress Theme

hi; thanks for your bid. if you have read project description, i need a clone site of [login to view URL] so, you'll create a wordpress theme with some changes in color scheme and layout. - top left corner spot will be for logo, middle spot will be for a banner, below the top banner, there will be menu bar with 3 drop down list options for channels, and then below menu bar, there will be another banner spot and below will be space for live channels stream like at [login to view URL] - Left & Right columns and below space of the stream window will be for wp plugins. - I'll provide you Stream Links & You'll add those stream codes as well like [login to view URL] - Plus there will CSM option to Add or Remove Different Channels under 3 menu drop down lists.
