Design and build just one page

I only have the idea of 8 buttons and the purpose of the page is a College website, i have 4 buttons "Colegio", "Extensión Cultural", "CEC" and "Eventos" and beside each button has a button to show a youtube video. Every 4 buttons "Colegio", "Extension Cultural", "CEC" and "E I need a complete design of the page, i dont have any images. The colors has to be based on [login to view URL] I need within 4 hours...
