Build a professional website design + admin panel with fully function management content. The someone who award this project require to build a professional website (design + admin panel) with pure PHP coding, last version. Also, an admin panel in order to modify a webpage for adding images, text etc., therefore admin panel should be fully function management. Any pre-designed template software like; Wordpress, Joomla and etc., are NOT acceptable. The winner of this project also requires to upload the designed website in my host and also set up and connect other previously created PHP scripts to this new website, properly. The designed and coding website should be really safe without any bug for hacking.
