Hello I am looking for a two sided A5 flyer/showcard for a property company. It needs to include the text below, contact details (which I can't include in this email) and at least 1 image. Our logo is attached, and our additional slogan is: 'A new concept in selling property' which we would like included on the flyer too. We like simple design, and greys and whites. Thanks Lauren and Matt PURCHASE OPTION Kite Property will buy your property from you, at full market value, in a quick and stress free sale. We will pay your legal fees and any survey fees. You can choose who values your property and we will pay the valuation price with no haggling or small print. No estate agent fees to pay, no viewers wandering around your property, no uncertainties. VENTURE OPTION Kite Property will evaluate your property and make a proposal, based on our experience in similar projects, on how the value of your property could be increased by renovation and development. With your agreement Kite Property will then fund and project manage all the relevant works ourselves – you don’t pay a penny. Your property will then be re-valued, sold at its new higher price and the added profit from the renovation and development work will be split between yourself and Kite Property, usually tens of thousands of pounds. You will of course keep the original proceeds too!
