Design a simple animation to be used on a website to explain a new service

We are launching a new service and corresponding website and would like to include a simple light hearted cartoon style animation explaining the service. Essentially the service we wish to describe is a low cost electronic forms application utilising mobile phones and primarily aimed at small businesses with field based employees. The focus of the animation is on showing that versus a paper based system we can offer efficiency improvements , accuracy of data collection and improved cashflow due to real time operation. We would like to show the process of : Despatching tasks to appropriate employee via their mobile phone (based on their LOCALITY to task to be completed) The employee receiving the electronic form for the task on their mobile phone The employee completing the task and filling in corresponding data in the electronic form, capturing data such as customer SIGNATURE , photographs etc The completed form being used to automatically generate paperwork and email this paperwork to the customer in real time The customer receiving this paperwork and corresponding invoice in REAL TIME The HAPPY customer paying the invoice PROMPTLY.
