Design some Icons

I would like visually clear 2D icons (preferably aerial view) representing:
1. Containerized cargo truck
2. Oil tanker truck
The icons are to be used in a gps tracking website. The two sets of icons should be 32*32 pix in dimension and the final product should be distinctly visible on the website at that size. They should be in 5 different colors (green,grey,blue,purple,red) and in 8 different directions (North, East, South, West, North East, South East, South West, North West) I shall require copyright to the final icons and an undertaking that you will not publish them anywhere. I will require all files including PSD and coreldraw in editable format. Kindly give examples of similar projects done before.
