Develop a website

This project is to develop a website, it includes: 1. A responsive landing page for the website. 2. Multiple pages (Static) for the multiple sections (links) from the landing page. 3. A discussion forum to support multiple topics with backend administration feature (such as the user,group management, role, access&permission management, filter/block/review discussion threads etc.). Technical Requirement: For 1 & 2, HTML5 For 3, PHP or node.js, Database: MySQL To be running in Linux environment, Apache or Node.js environment. Requirement for freelancer: - Must be with successful completed project with relevant features. - Must be able to deliver as agreed schedule.
