Looking for website designer for ongoing "hourly" work - I have a urgent project today!

I am graphic designer and have many clients asking me to create websites, mostly in Wordpress. So I am looking to hire someone hourly (must work with freelancer time tracker app) who can work with me to design new websites for my clients or perform updates and sometimes fix bugs in their coding.
Must be good with English communication, be responsive and good availability.
Right now I have an urgent project that I need to move a Wordpress site from one domain to another. If you can handle this project immediately, please mention this in your proposal.
