Current website is not engaging enough. Need to cater to new generation with dynamic layout, easy to read on mobile devices, adaptable for social media, electronic form design. I need this website to pop and extremely flashy.
Milestones will be:
1. Create a new redesign of website. - Must be up to date, dynamic and flashy!
2. Create electronic forms with ability to calculate, print, download via Adobe Reader, and email.
3. Interact with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
4. Transfer new design to live website.

Current Live website will be provided upon request, if you don't request it, then you will fail immediately in the bid process. It is impossible to move this website forward if you don't know the state it is in currently.
