access database design

I need an access database (that I can then trfr to sharepoint after completion) that can: 1. Track client data. 2. Track Contact data and where Contacts can be assigned roles within the claim, for example a contact can be assigned "insured" role in one claim, but a "referral" role in another. 3. Track work order data. based on several data points. It must generate custom file numbers (not necessarily the record ID). the work order list should point to the client it belongs too, the contacts involved, and also track who inspected it and who wrote the estimate. It also needs to track mileage for the assignment and who's mileage that is. Thecost of the workorder should be extracted from a master list, but I should also be ale to overwrite on the live environment. 4. Invoices generate and track. Invoices should be assigned on a 1-1 or 1 - many bassis to work orders. We should also be able to track and invoice submission. 5 A/R functions. At least basic ones for now. when paid, how much paid, what is owed, client credit limit, available credit. 6 Email notification as the project progresses to the client, automatic calendaring to outlook, when database dates are updated. Daily Email diary to parties. 7. This database will eventually be incorporated with a credit card payment basket, I prefer if the developer knows how to do this, so that once we are ready to deploy, we can easily link the two, without having to bring in a new developer. The database will also eventually be expanded to perform full accounting and reporting, but not now. 8. Database should allow for each Client to be able to log in thru web portal or app, and view the open claims assigned to them. For example, we want the client to be able to log in, view our public notes, read letters associated and download/upload attachments. Please provide a budget and estimated timeframe of completion.
