appointment managing and sms reminder for customers

I would like to create a web application for managing appointments for customers (for example for a doctor).
The web application must be perfectly visible in computers and also in mobile phones and ipads.
The application must me also graphically nice.
The doctors can enter in the administration area after login with user and passwords.
The doctors must have the possibility to manage a "customers address book".
For example... when there is a new customer.... the doctor adds all the details of the new customer in the address book (customer name, surname, address, phone number").
Then the doctor will assign an appointment to him .
For example...appointment for Mr. Mario Rossi for the day 20 of December 2016, at 4:00 pm.
There will be the possibility to add a new appointment, to edit an existing appointment, and to delete it.
The inserting of a new appointment must be simple, and fast (for example using a calendar).
The administrator can watch in a graphically nice page all the appointments of the day, or of the week, or of the month.
So there will be a day calendar, week calendar, month calendar.
I have a hosting with cpanel, and I think it is good to create a web page to be recalled with a cron job for example each day at 3:00 pm (I am also opened if you have a better idea).
In that page there will be some function that looks in the database if there are appointments for the next day and sends a sms to each customer that has an appointment for the next day.
(the sms can be sent with TM4b or a similar service).

After checked that everything works, I would like to have the possibility to give the service to other doctors.
For example a super administrator that can add doctors and give them the access to the application.
Each doctor must have its own customer address book and its own calendars.

Maybe I wasn't very clear, because I am looking that somebody did not understand perfectly.
I don't need online booking system and email sending confirmation.
The customers don't have to book anything.
Only the doctor can enter in the system and he can add appointment for his patients.
