convert hand drawn figures into Illustrator files

I need some hand drawn figures to be converted into Illustrator files. There are 22 figures in a thesis (see attached samples) I need the images in the same dimension as on the page, so then I can easily insert them into the PDF. I can send you the PDF version which is higher quality and contains all the figures before you start the work. The budget for this project is $40. Thanks.
