customized e-commerce and design banners

we have a new ecommerce website which selling fashion clothes for women. The website was already installed the theme, opencart platform , we hope you are familiar with the theme, not using any code to design it, if you have to code it, please let us know about your idea or suggestion before doing it, the homepage need to be customized, product page need to put on banner and you could enable some features on the product page or homepage if you need, we allow you to enable all the features and put on the page such as price filters, categories, special etc., and also design all the banners and upload on the site. We don't have any design skills and we won't provide you any images but product images if you need, all the images you have to figure out yourself, please use the legal images or royalty free images, we don't want any hassle with serious fines and troublesome. (1) For the banners design, we hope you could use your own images which look more professional, and you need to figure out what banner should put on product page or homepage, what should the text put on it, we only provide you the idea. (2) For the homepage design, we hope you could provide us the layout (pdf file) to let us know about your idea, all the text and images you have to figure out yourself, we only provide the idea if you need. P/s : We are a new set up business , sorry for the budget we could only offer below $250.
