I need a (mobile) web form containing an image picker. From technical point of view the image picker should work like a dropdown or a radio button. From UI point of view the the image picker should look like bootstrap carousel so if the entire form has been filed, the id of the choosen image should be posted to the form as it would be an check box. I already bought the license for this [login to view URL] Besides I attached a sample form code where the slider should be integrated. The entire solution should work with bootstrap (v3.2.0) so the tasks are. 1) upgrade the attached [login to view URL] code in order to work with bootstrap v3.2 2) implement the slider instead of the  block 3) modify the slide in order to output to the entire form like radio buttons or dropdownmenu
