Build an Online Store

The requirements for our e-commerce web site is as below : We need an e-commerce web site. Right now, it will support English language but we will need Arabic and Kurdish versions in future. 1. English 2. Arabic (Right to Left) 3. Kurdish (Right to Left) The main product categories are: • Ready to wear • Footwear • Perfumes • Cosmetics Our data will be imported from SAP Business One ERP software (using AAPeConnect or some other connector). Selected products will be imported. Warehouse and Purchasing department will create high-resolution images for each product. All the promotions and discounts available in SAP Business One ERP should be available on online web store as well. Our promotion types are mostly percentage discounts, buy 1 and get 1 and in some cases bill level discounts. Size, color, gender, season are very important in our product categories. So web store should be able to show these attributes. We may need to create additional attributes in future. There will be two types of customers 1 – Customers with Credit Cards – These customers will place order and pay by credit cards. Our carrier will go and deliver the products. Once delivered, we will update the status of the order and we will close the order. 2 – Cash on Delivery – These customers will place order and then our carrier will deliver the products and bring cash to our finance office. After receiving the cash, we will update the status of order we will close the order. As majority of users in Iraq do not have credit cards so this type of customers will be more. We need to integrate our loyalty rewards management system as well for web-based sales. So customer gets his rewards whether he buys from online store or from physical store. High-resolution images of products are the backbone of our online web store. Customers should be able to “feel” the product in their hands and in front of their eyes. When all this data comes to SAP Business One, we should be able to identify web sales and physical store sales and analyze them separately.
