Convert a Flash video player into HTML / Jquery

Convert a Flash video player into HTML / Jquery / HTML5 On our website we propose to our users to see videos with subtitles : (picture in the Word document enclosed) All the part above is a Flash object. The user can click on some words of the subtitle especially on red words. On red words there is an hyperlink. For example, above, « shake-up » can be clicked and if you clik you got the translation in the window below :(picture in the Word document enclosed) The bottom part (where the translation is displayed) is a html part (developped in Coldfusion). We have plenty of videos and subtitles and we add new ones daily so we need a way to sync them without using Flash anymore and without doing it manually. VTT format is a variant of the common formats of subtitle (vtt can be convert in srt if needed). The developer must provide a way to get the same result as the one we have with Flash object but without using Flash. The development must be cross browser compatible (IE+Chrome+Firefox+Safari) and must be plugin free.
