Convert Wordpress Plugin to HTML5

We are looking for an experienced HTML5 Developer to convert an existing Wordpress Plugin into a clean piece of portable HTML5 code, with a basic admin panel for the back end of the code. Main Code Action: It automatically adds some lines of code to the [login to view URL] file of site and allows for some basic customisation. Plugin is already functional on Wordpress, we just need it as a standard HTML5 code now Basic Documentation will be required
