I need a TSM subject matter expert to audit two (2) TSM servers and make recommendations as how to bring them in-line with best practice and make recommendations to improve performance. Currently TSM is running extremely slow and SAP backups are taking 8 hours to complete when they used to take 4 hours to complete. I need suggestions on how to improve performance based on the current setup up the servers and then after the changes have been approved, the recommended changes implemented. This work can be done remotely from anywhere in the world however I do need an audit completed with recommendations along with the audit provided in English. I can stay in contact using MSN Messenger. The servers are in Sydney, Austraia.

I do all the troubleshooting in a shared library environment managing more than 25 servers and backing up more than 10 TB of incremental data daily.
