Create single avatar from photos

Using photographs and some descriptive text, create an avatar for general use. Multiple photos will be provided. Color image Image should be head and shoulders Expression should be happy, humble, aware, friendly Age is older than photos (old photos) - beard should be 'salt and pepper' grayed Should 'survive' shrinking to small size and still retain main image I am not seeking simple photoshop image filter output - rather the work of a talented artist to create a relatively simple avatar that does not carry all the noise and detail of a photograph or converted photograph. The true value of this image for me will be the real art that is created. Preferred final file format: photoshop or illustrator with layers intact Typically output or use format: JPEG I am open to process suggestions but would start by proposing this process: 1 - I provide source photos 2 - Artist proposes or creates early, very rough draft of proposed output 3 - I review and confirm or make suggestions about the output 4 - Artist finalizes the art and submits for final review as med resolution JPEG file (or format best for Artist) 5 - I accept or make minor suggestions for revision (if not accepted then back to 4) 6 - Upon acceptance I release full payment 7 - Artist provides final file copies All ownership and use rights and for all uses transfer to buyer upon acceptance and payment.
