I need someone to help me design a tattoo... This will be a tattoo for me and I will have it put on my body forever so I'll probably be very picky. My budget for this project is only $30 so please don't bid if you cant stay in the budget. Basically, I want a grim reaper (death) holding an hourglass with a broken heart in it. I have attached images that I want to emulate. I will give more attention to bidders who are willing to do a mock up - please don't send me a link to your portfolio without a mockup or a sample close to what I'm asking for.
