Designer needed for Tee Shirt Designs

I am looking for a person who can create designs for tee shirts for a college. I will provide the wording and theme, you create the visual and provide the creativity. Our audience/consumer is a college student population and the product we design would be aimed at what the typical student would want to buy. My themes/suggestions will be the starting point, the designer can feel free to use their artist's interpretation and creativity to embellish to what they think would look good and more importantly, be attractive enough for a student to buy. Also, the designer needs to keep in mind when designing each shirt that when screen printed, they go by number of colors on each shirt. According to my vendor, we can use anywhere from 4-5 colors on each design without incurring significant set-up costs. Also, each individual shirt file has to be in either VECTOR or AI (Illustrator) form. I will start with an initial design to see how it goes and then will need about a dozen or so designs. This should evolve into me requesting more designs as we progress, so future work wil be most likely the case. Thanks,Tony
