Hiya! It probably makes more sense for me to make a bid on your proposal first then chat later if you think I could be a good match! I realise my portfolio barely demonstrates anything in this style, though you can see an ink and watercolour portrait that sort of heads that way, and I could definitely colour the pieces in watercolour. I would love to draw/paint lovely cakes!! I also spend a lot of my time in Leatherhead and I know Guildford well so it might be possible to arrange a meeting to discuss it in person or if you thought it would help having me actually see the place and take my own reference photos. For the kind of work I have in my folio I would usually charge £60-£120 per item, so this is undercutting myself a lot, and might mean that the scenes in the restaurant would need to be quite simple suggestive pieces, but then watercolour and pencil are quicker than digital colouring so that can factor in too. I have quite a lot of work on at the moment hence the lengthy timeframe for completion but this could be negotiable (and would even better if you are happy to wait a couple of weeks!). Hello! I love love love the look of your beautiful vintage tea room, and promise I am the right person for this job. I work very well in water colours, charcoal, pencil and pen. In addition once the project is complete I can post you the original sketches. Framed individually they would be lovely keepsakes and could be displayed in the tea room.
