Create plan for Seed Tape Machine.

Hopefully this is a simple project for someone, basically I want someone to make plans for an automatic seed tape machine that i could take the plans, and build at home. The idea would be that i could use general purpose parts, and minimize parts to make the machine (ideally for under $100 from hardware stores, electronic stores etc). I have included a patent for something similar, but the idea is that i Would use something like receipt paper, and the system would feed that through, i would have a place i could put various size seeds, and the system would mechanically apply glue to the paper (flour and water mix 50 / 50%) pick up a seed and drop it on the point where the glue was placed, and fold the paper in half so it is well sealed. The system could use toilet paper instead of receipt paper, but the important thing is that i could start the machine, place a heap of seeds in the tray and leave it to run for say 30 mins and have hundreds of metres of seed tape. It would be important that perhaps i could alter the speed, so that i could alter the spacing of the seed tape, and i could also alter how many seeds get placed in the one place, at any time. The stuff that i have at home is timber, a vacuum pump, garden sprinkler fittings etc, I did manage to make a seed pickup mechanism which uses a vacuum pump and a really fine nossle, but the system would ideally be automated to just run. This project would be for detailed drawings plans, and parts list that could be built for under $100, I could not find any commercial seed tape machines, but if you find any please let me know.
