Bulk Email Project

Hello, I need a bulk emailing service to send approximately 10,000 emails, spread over a period of 1 week. The first batch will be going mostly to US email addresses, and I am seeking a solution that has full reporting capabilities. Email templates will be helpful. Your server and IP address must not be on any spam list and must have a good reputation to insure that my emails will be accepted and received by the addressee. My first batch will be going mostly to US email addresses. Emails must contain a clear method for recipients to opt out. Once I am confident in your ability to fulfill this project satisfactorily, I will continue to market with updated email lists at least once or twice per month.
