Create a CPA offer for my company/product

Hi there, I am working for a new company which offers people a membership for $40 and gives them a ton of benefits and also allows them to be a part of the business as well. I am looking for someone who can create a CPA offer for me and get it accepted into multiple affiliate marketing companies. (In order to grow much faster and quickly). I would like someone who has had experience in creating there own CPA offer or at least someone who has worked with them before and knows how to get into these affiliate companies. This CPA offer will pay 100% commissions off of the membership price $40. I need someone who is ready to get to go to work immediately and who can really help me reach my goals with this CPA offer. If successful, I will re-hire this person to do another CPA offer that I will be doing later on, which will pay !00% commission on $80. I look forward to hearing from everyone. Thank you.
