Are you good in finding and qualifying hot leads?

Are you good in finding hot leads? My Goal: I want to presell my SaaS product to potential customers in the professional training market. For that I need 20 hot leads who are willing to get on the phone with me (it will be actually 2 calls, the first call will be to understand their problems and see if my software solution solves those problems, and if so a second call to demo the mockup of my product). Project goal: I'm looking for help with finding those 20 hot leads. I'll explain you my product and how I collected leads it so far, but you are free to choose your own methods (as long as it does not damage my company reputation). I'm not looking for cold leads (just a long list of all companies in market x), this wouldn't work anyway because my product is only relevant to maybe 20% of the professional training companies market. I except you to check with cold leads if they are hot. I.e. first try to get their attention with an "Free guide to best practices in online video training". And those who opened that, email them again if they are interest in a call to discuss their challanges in online learning (if they say yes then this is a hot lead). Other approach could be: Advertisements (FB/adwords), contests, ask people on linkedin/quora/etc how they do X, etc. What you'll receive: - Presentation of my product, including some screens. - Description of the type of customer who is normally interest in my product - Several webpages of training entrepreneurs that i actually talked to and match with my product. - Keywords related to my product. - Several places where my potential customers hang out online (i.e. linkedin groups, sites, etc) - I can provide some articles that are interesting to the target audience if you need them (i.e. for content marketing purposes). - I can provide you with a small advertisement budget (i.e. for adwords or facebook) - Access to toutapp if you like to use that - I can have aweber / mailchimp or similar configured for you if you want. - Company email address. ( I assume you do all communication via mail/site, but calling customers is fine too) - Mass mailing more then 100 companies needs my permission (It is OK after a check of the mail by me) -Access to my linkedin Your qualifications: - Expierence with this kind of online marketing / sales. - You passed the US english test In your reply include: - Start with "Hi Bert," (so i know you read this whole brief / SPAM) - What makes you suited for this job - Why you want to do this project - Examples of similar work you done before.
