Adult link building

Hi, We have a small network of adult websites which keeps getting bigger and bigger each month. We are adding sites on a regular basis and I need someone to do a very small amount of link building work each time that a site goes live. Here's what we need when every site goes live. 30 guaranteed links from different types of sources. The links will have to be made up of 8 different anchor text that I provide to you. We will need: 5 guaranteed related directory links. 5 guaranteed unique article links (article approved by me first) 5 guaranteed social bookmark links 5 guaranteed related blog posts (each blog review must be unique) 5 guaranteed web 2.0 properties (tumblr, squidoo etc, unique article approved by me first) 5 guaranteed related blog comments (comments will need to be on related pages with under 20 comments on the page, mixture of do follow and no follow) Every time we give you a new site you must obtain the links from different sources than the previous. We don't want you to build a load of links all from the same sources. Each submission needs to be different from the last. You must be able to discuss with me on Skype and be easily available to notify when a new site needs SEO. You will get paid on completion of each set of 5 sites ou build links for and I will pay once I receive a report of all the live links and of which anchor text has been used. No automation here, all manual link building. Please bid the amount you want to charge us for link building for a set of five sites. So that will be 5 different sites, each getting 30 links each, all from different sources, 150 links in total. Plus a full reports with link urls and anchor text. Thanks
