Build youtube channel

We are looking to build a Youtube channel. Around 5,000 youtube subscribers. Has to be added REAL & ACTIVE Subscribers, who comments and like the videos. All subscribers must be real people with real active accounts. Must be real people. We will check to make sure that the subscribers are real, active users in US and UK only. All subscribers must be people who have a substantial amount of real subcribers and have commented and/or uploaded in the last few days. Please, no bots, blackhat techniques, no farming or other unethical tricks. We know them all. Keep it legal. My account CANNOT be suspended for any reason due to any of your work. You must have experience in doing this, please provide details of the Youtube channels accounts you have done followers for. Do not give me bots or fake accounts or real looking accounts. This must all be real human beings that are alive and use their youtube regularly, no fake accounts at all or you will not be paid your fee. Please write down: "I have read and understood all your requirements for this twitter project and agree to them, and will not use illegal techniques to do it" to know you really have read everything above. Payment Terms: Milestone will be created after i see the subscribers come in and after i checked they are legit. Release of milestone will be done when i have tested the subscribers.
