Design Company Web Positioning Strategy
Our goal is to position our company in the first page of Google for “Cell Counter”
This task requires to perform:
- An analysis of our competitors webpages & positioning strategies.
- A proposal for a Web Positioning strategy, with specific actions to perform to reach our goal.
The final deliverable for this task will be a WORD / PDF document that will include :
- Competitors analysis and positioning strategies
- List of proposed actions for web positioning.

Make a proposal for the document content (adding new sections or modifying the proposed ones if required)
The document should include the data to be gathered from each competitor.

Perform competitors analysis.
1) Filling out the competitors table included in the document template.
2) Generate a summary, indicating the main points discovered during the competitors analysis phase.

STEP 4.
Generate list of suggested positioning actions.
Each positioning actions must include:
- Name & Description.
- Estimated time to perform the action (measured in weeks from the start date : E.g. Start + 3 weeks)
- Estimate duration of the execution (measured in man hours)
- Step by sted indications on how to perform the action.
- Examples of similar actions performed by our competitors or other companies (E.g. Link to a blog entry, etc)

IMPORTANT WARNING REGARDING MISSED DEADLINES.
Celeromics policy only allows 1 MISSED DEADLINE. The worker agrees that after missing the SECOND deadline, the worker will accept 10% of the total amount escrowed as a full and final payment for all the deliverables to that date ; and the project will be considered finished.
In case of intermediate deliverables being paid, the worker will keep the payments already received.
