Directing Indian Applicants to My E-mail

My company [url removed, login to view] is getting into new project. We need to hire staff from India. I have advertised on the biggest 10 Indian Recruitment Websites. In four days I got only 30 applicants. I expected thousands. I don't have time to make search on those website and send the advertisement to each person in their data base. Does anyone have a solution. I will pay $100 for any idea. I don't have much time.

Thank you all for bidding. I need to answer few questions:
1- I advertised on 13 major recruitement websites. Some paid and some free.
2- A bidder suggested that many applicants don't use the Interent, so I should advertise in newspapers. The applicant who doesn't use email is not welcomed!
3- please don't tell me that "we will select the best applicants for you". If your choice fails I am the one who will be fired not you!
4- I can search the recruitment websites and send the adv. for each email. This is wrong. Applicants should seek the job.
5- Currently, I don't have an office in India. If this goes well I will have one there.
6- I will not pay for nothing. A bidder suggested that he is good for this but I have to pay first! What do you think?!

Hi I am experience recruiter. why don't u send the advisement to Campus or institutes (your preferred areas). coz most of them have job bank Otherwise put a advertisement on facebook or linkedin

Many people in India don't use internet frequently but will fallow popular news papers and then will come to online & check the status.. There are some websites which can provide ways to reach the people..
