Create Landing Page

We need a customized landing page for <[login to view URL]> . This will require custom graphic work as well. You can quote for the job with or without graphics. On the Graphics part, all we need is a panel (css design) where we can display the services. It can be in Blue or Orange theme and about 250 x 160 pix (w x h) or whatever you think is the best. Basically we need to focus all our major services below on the landing page.
