A VERY STRONG online marketing needed

the web site that will be promoted and optimized in search enginens is still under construction and it'll take another 20 days untill its done. However we're trying to prevent a dead time and promote it so that it is popular and known by the time its up and running. I have had offers ranging from 130-250 per year (without contracts) from promotion companies to take care of this project but it is all too much. So, please keep that in mind when bidding! ## Deliverables the site has to be promoted greatly. There are 3 different URLs that connect to one site so all need to be optimized. "one is the main one!" high expectation, no jks, so plz, experienced and serious inquires and bidders only. we want to be first on google, YAHOO, altavista and so on. We want to have a great amount of visitors floating in and increasing everyday. we will also be promoting the site our selves with flyers in Ontario but you will be taking care of our internet promotions. Money will be released upon the success of the marketing jobs done. In case of good results and satisfaction and to show our good faith, next yearly cycle of promotion will be also contracted with the same bidder. strategies to maintain the traffic also required. ## Platform does not matter, as long as there are good results
