Backlinks needed(with follow up tag only)

I am looking to have PR3 or above backlinks developed for my site. I need 40 backlinks in total under any theme sites related to my website, but not directly competing with my topic. My website is related to porch swing, thus any related theme for examples will be, but not restricted to: - Home & garden - Home improvement - Backyard planning - Organic gardening & etc. I want the links to be placed within the content of the page. I do not want any of the links to be placed in a footer or sidebar. If you can provide me with what I have outlined please go ahead and bid on my project. Please be sure that you can provide me with these types of links as outlined only. - Total backlinks needed - 40 - Sites need to be quality & static site, no blogger type. - Minimum PR 3 or above, the higher the better - In content only, No footer or sidebar links (no exceptions) - These PR 3 & above site/page need to carry follow thru tag I am willing to pay $40 in total for this to be completed.
