Create/Manage a PPC Campaign

We are looking for a DEDICATED Google Certified Adwords PPC expert to in charge of our Paid Search marketing, manage and optimize our campaign in the B2B sector.
PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR BEST BID FOR THE JOB.
Typical PPC campaigns would include the followings:
1. Adwords PPC Search Network
2. Display Ads
3. Remarketing
Typical responsibilities would include:
1. Intial campaign setups, including the creation of all the banners used in display ads.
2. Initial conversion & goals setup in Google Adwords and Analytics
3. On-going UPDATES and OPTIMIZATIONS for best performance in leads and ROI.
4. Regular performance reporting that shows the Increase & Decrease of metrics & KPI like Impression, Clicks, CTR, Conversion, Conversion Rate, ROI etc. etc.
PROJECT DETAIL:
1. Setup individual campaigns
2. Setup all conversion & goal tracking on Google Adwords & Analytics.
2. On-going Optimization of all the campaigns above.
3. Performance report and tracking of each campaigns.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
1. You must demonstrate expert skill with proven track record in successful PPC management and optimization results.
2. You must have the right working attitude to accept full responsibility in the success and failure of our ppc campaigns performance.
3. Must be available to communicate on in Adelaide time zone. Please do not apply if you cannot make yourself available in our time zone.
Requirement Summary:
1. Google Adwords Certified
2. Perform Adwords Search network, Display Ads, Remarketing campaigns and more as needed.
3. Weekly & Monthly Performance Results
4. Weekly communication.
5. Proven track record and success in B2B Paid Search campaigns optimization results.
