android video converter

should be working on android os 2.2 and above I need a video converter for android the app will do this: 1. user chooses source video (browse files) 2. user chooses target format. 3. user chooses convert. 4. app shows a progress bar and converts the video. 5. app shows result and tells user where converted video is and suggests to open it.
