We need an Aplication that has 2 components, a cellphone based mobile app for agents that will receive a list of sites to be geo tagged, then submit a GPS location and up to 3 pictures of the site to a database, and a web based component for supervisors that will use Google Maps to locate the points that were registered by the cellphones, and Visualize, Create new points, Edit Information, Delete sites, Search for sites, Generate reports of the Verifications Made, and have an administrative interface that can create, modify, and eliminate mobile and web users. The Bidder must deliver the application source code after the project is finished. The Bidder must provide the development timeframe and must be below 15 days.
