Develop a simple tic-tac-toe type game

This is a strategic board game. The object is to create a half-circle anywhere on the 6 x 6 playing field by placing four marks that have to connect. There are 60 possible variations. This two-player strategy game is played on a 36-square board and your mission is to block your opponent from accomplishing a half-circle configuration. If you are playing the game electronically, your opponent will be the computer. If neither player can accomplish this, the game is a draw. Each player places one of his or her game markers per turn and blocks the opponent’s attempt to form the half circle. Whoever occupies four connecting squares first will be the winner. But the problem is that your opponent is trying to do the same thing. Please find the document attached for more details.
