Desktop Software Application - PC and MAC

I am looking for a qualified programmer/software designer that can help in creating a software product for us. I will discuss the terms of the design and a more exact idea of what we want this software to do. In brief, I am looking for a software program that is built using stylish modern design styles. I do not want a program that looks like yesterdays old HTML programming. I am looking for rounded corners, smooth gradients, web style buttons, design fonts and tool bars. Product will be somewhat along the nature of a photo editing program. I am looking for something that is easily upgradeable as needed for future versions, bugs, and fixes. Need program for both PC and MAC based operating systems. Needs to be a size small enough for email delivery of setup files or download link. WILL SHARE MORE INFO WITH THOSE THAT CAN DISPLAY THAT THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I NEED TO SEE VALID EXAMPLES OF YOUR BUILT SOFTWARE. NO EXAMPLES = NO CONSIDERATION FOR THIS PROJECT I WILL SHARE FURTHER DETAILS WITH THOSE THAT I FEEL ARE WORTHY OF COMPLETION FOR THIS PROJECT.
