Hi,

I want a database that allows data entry that will produce a pdf report. The database data must be able to be recalled upon and produce reports at anytime.

This will be a standalone program that can be installed via a download or installed via a disc in the normal .exe way.

When the program it must be able to be installed simply and not rely on other installations and must work on XP, Vista, Windows 7 & 8..

I attach a basic PDF of the process and some mock ups of the UI (please do it much better!)

I also attach a PDF of what the report should look like in the end.
