Active directory web part for Sharepoint

We are looking for a simple web part that allows teachers to reset passwords for students using a web part in Sharepoint WSS 3.0. There should be one textfield and one button, one that where the user can type in the username and when the button is pressed the users password is reset in active directory (to a generic word like "password" ) and the "must change password" box in AD is checked.
