Betfair betting Bot needed

Hello All, I need a Betfair Bot creating which will have pre set triggers ... (if you are unsure at this point do not bid). The bot triggers will be: *Check all races (horse racing) *Check the race is in play *Lay the first horse that odds drop below X *If won move onto next race with same stake *if lost move onto next race with (Stake + previous loss) *once a race has been won again move back to original stake. As you can see it is a simple set of triggers for someone who is familiar with Betfair's API. Thank you.
