Hello Sir. from the project description is not clear if you want just buld and deploy the web application or if you need to make modifications to the back-end java files. in order to run the servlet, an application server like tomcat or some embedded like jetty is needed. if you just need to build and deploy and have an application server running, 4 hours are enough. as well as 60$. if you need modifications to java code/configurations we have first to define specifications to implement, hence major costs and time will be needed to get in target.
