I can complete this project using simple Java-EE or any Java enterprise framework of your choice. The API will consist of 2 calls with all the parameters that can be passed to the target API. You can choose if these parameters should be GET or POST or both. Additionally, there will be a property file for storing configuration elements, such as the API key.
