Design java program to evaluate markovchain

I have a set of data which i extract some patterns from it
I did a markovchain of app name for hall data which find relation between apps
I would like to have java program to read the records one by one and then grab the predictions out then use markovchain model to find what are the possibility of next program.
After I find the possibility i need to rate how we are predict it by three methods:
1/ counter to find prediction. Ex: if you could find app B in the prediction set then you give yourself 1+ if not 1- .
2/ find first prediction
you check if the next one is the first prediction
3/ Top 4 prediction
check the fourth top prediction with highest accuracy.
