ASP.Net File Upload Control with progress bar

We require a a reusable ascx control written in asp.net 2.0 or higher using C# along with AJAX and JavaScript if required. Flash can also be used if wrapped in ascx control. The control should be easily dropped into our current projects. We will require all source code. The control should allow the user to select a file to upload to the server. A graphical representation of progress using a progress bar should be displayed and a message to confirm completion. The location the file should be saved to should be a public property of the control. The design should be simple: A textbox to show the file name and location. Button to browse for the file Button to upload the file Progress bar message or image to show upload complete. If only asp.net is used the style is unimportant as we can apply our own CSS. If flash is used then plain white and grey should be used for the fields and buttons and any colour for progress indication. This is the first small project of many and hope to set up a long term relationship.
