Converting .psd files to CSS/HTML and set them live via FTP

Description: We have are building new location based service. We have now design on .psd, now we need: WEBSITE FIRST VERSION (first project phase): - Turning one page .psd graphics into functional html/css, so that it scales to different browser sizes/resolutions - Make drop-down work nicely with javascript WEBSITE SECOND VERSION (second project phase): Convert 15 .psd designs into working pages that include: - CSS/HTML/Javascript work - Javascript drop-downs and other functions - Simple shopping basket These pages will look and work very much like admin pages on [login to view URL] Browsers: All designs have to be make to work with all the main browsers: Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Firefox Work description: We have a developer who is building the back-end functionality and then I have designer - so we need high quality html/CSS/javascript programmer to make things work on a frontend. Communications: We require that freelancer is available via Skype most of the time. Also we manage projects on [login to view URL] so hopefully that works as well.
