Could someone activate email function on my java script template, please

I have site (The Site Administrator has removed the contact details on this project) and the email functions on the pages dont work. I need you to activate them. Also there are a few warnings/errors that should be resolved as they might cause problems that the site dont work on mobile devices (56 errors, 47 warnings), f.i. line 146 column 46 - Error: End tag div seen, but there were open elements. line 140 column 68 - Error: Unclosed element ul. line 2646 column 175 - Error: Stray end tag a. So it is email funtion activating and trouble shooting on a small website. I will award the lowest bid who is professional and speaks good English.
